Online shopping is possible in the Webstore. Everyone can shop in the online store even without registration. You have thereby accepted these business rules as binding on you. The customer is responsible for the registered data. Providing false information is considered a deliberate misrepresentation by the seller, with its legal consequences.


The customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the store’s products. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If you intend to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the “Add to Cart” button. By clicking on the “Cart” button, you will find the products placed in the cart during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially the prices and quantities, which you can modify or improve as needed. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.


By placing an order in the Webshop, every customer declares that they accept these business regulations and are aware of the process of purchase set out in these regulations. If you think the amount of products in the basket is adequate, you have checked the total amount and you have decided that you want to buy them, you can simply click on the “Pay” button.

In the next step, select the delivery method that suits you (courier service) and payment method (bank card, Paypal). If you agree with the content of the order, click the “Order” button to send the order.


Since our products are made by monks, our prices are not fixed, but donations, where you can give any amount above a minimum value individually for each product.

Promotional prices are valid until the indicated date or withdrawal, or while stocks last. We reserve the right to change prices in any case.

The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the finalization of the order, as well as in the Purchase conditions. If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. The customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.


The fulfillment of orders depends to a large extent on the distance due to deliveries abroad. To Europe within 1 week, and beyond that it can be more.


You have the opportunity to correct data entry errors before pressing the “Order” button.


The online store will send you an automatic message on the following occasions:

  • successful order submission
  • successful payment (in case of bank card, PayPal and bank transfer)
  • sending the package
  • receipt of the package by the buyer


In our store, it is possible to pay by bank transfer or PayPal.


Shipments are delivered and transported by courier service. You can discuss the delivery date at the email address in the confirmation email.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is received during the period stated in the e-mail or telephone. The Seller is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to do so. If during the delivery the delivery of the shipment is unsuccessful due to the Buyer’s fault, the Supplier will leave a notification of this fact and then attempt to deliver the shipment again. If the given date does not suit the buyer, he must notify the courier service and agree on a new delivery date. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, another delivery can only be made at a new time requested by the customer, and with the repeated payment of the delivery fee. In all cases, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


We are committed to environmental protection and believe that everyone can do something so that our children and grandchildren can live in a sustainable future created by us. A small step in this is that we send out our used packages, but only in clean packaging, helping to produce less garbage.


If the online store does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the goods specified in the contract are not available, or because it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer of this.


The language of the contract is English, the concluded contract is considered to be concluded in writing. The concluded contract will not be filed and will not be accessible afterwards.


According to the relevant legislation, the customer may withdraw from the contract within 2 days without giving reasons.

The customer can indicate his cancellation request in writing by email or verbally by phone. In case of cancellation in writing, it is sufficient to send us the statement within 2 days.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day the contract was concluded and the order was sent. The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer no later than 14 days after the cancellation using the same payment method as the order.

The customer bears the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the customer chooses a mode of transport other than the least expensive usual mode of transport, the seller is not obliged to reimburse the resulting additional costs. The customer will not be charged any other costs. The customer is obliged to return the already received goods at the same time as indicating the intention to cancel, but no later than within 14 days after that.

However, the seller may demand compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the goods. If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not in perfect, resalable condition, then the customer is obliged to pay compensation, if he caused the deterioration of the goods’ condition, destruction, or any other kind of impossibility of returning the goods intentionally or through negligence.

If, during the opening of the product, in the presence of the person carrying out the delivery (postal delivery person, courier), it turns out that it is demonstrably damaged, and the damage occurred before the receipt of the goods, we guarantee the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale immediately. Any damage or lack of content during the delivery of the shipment must be included in the record of facts between the sender and receiver! We cannot take responsibility for subsequent lack of content or possible damage!


The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the purchase price. In the case of wrong, unaccepted orders, the product is taken into stock in the name of the “new” owner, and after the new, successful sale, the new owner will be paid the consideration!


When the order is placed, the seller’s online store software immediately sends a notification to the customer about the fact that the order has been placed. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely informs the customer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the seller’s competent employee.

If the buyer does not receive this within 48 hours, the buyer’s obligation to make an offer will cease.

The seller gives the customer the opportunity to cancel the order electronically until the fulfillment of the order begins. At the start of the fulfillment of the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification of the expected duration of the fulfillment and the fact of the beginning of the fulfillment, after that it is only possible to cancel the order in person or through one of the contacts found under the “Contacts” menu items

If something was missing from your package, please let me know by email. If you received a damaged product, please let us know by email, attaching a photo or two so that we can see the damage.

We pay special attention to all complaints and try to solve them quickly. During the handling of your complaint, you can involve one of the conciliation bodies with which we are obliged to cooperate at any time.

During the handling of the complaint, we may ask you for additional information. If you do not respond to these within 20 days, we consider this to mean that your complaint is no longer valid and we close it.
